Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Structural Welder to join their team. As a Structural Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Structural Welder

Location: Cantonment, FL

Pay Range: $22 / hour or higher depending on experience

Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional overtime as needed)

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of structural welding experience (industrial or commercial construction preferred).
• Proficiency in Stick, MIG, and Flux Core welding
• Must provide personal welding gear and PPE for testing and work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards.
