About the Opportunity

A leading, 100% employee-owned MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Plumbing Superintendent to lead operations on a multi-year, multi-phase life sciences facility in Holly Springs, NC. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all plumbing operations for the Holly Springs site, including supervision of crews, subcontractors, and day-to-day field activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality standards , particularly in life sciences and industrial environments.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trade leaders to ensure efficient project execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional responsiveness and professionalism.
• Mentor, coach, and develop plumbing team members, promoting accountability and team cohesion.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising plumbing operations on large-scale industrial, or life sciences projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive, results-driven culture.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
