About Carmichael Elks Lodge:
We are a benevolent fraternal organization, not a social or business club. We are dedicated to service our community, Veterans, and youths. we raise funds for charity organizations through events and renting space for private banquets, wedding, memorial services and other celebrations. We also serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner events chaired by our lodge members.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced dishwasher that is self-motivated with a high energy level and good communication skills. Work hours will vary, with some weekends, up to 31 hours per week, part time position; there are no medical benefits. Job will have a large volume of dishes, glasses, silverware and pans. The job will have opportunities to assist our Chef with other kitchen duties. Current food handler's card is required.

Dishwasher Job Responsibilities
* Properly wash and sort soiled pots, serving pans, sheet trays, dishes, glasses, silverware, storage containers and other items as needed.
* Put cleaned items back to the proper area.
* Set up dish station, including dish machine and sink. Properly use chemical dilutions set by EcoLab.
* Maintain a clean kitchen to include clean/dry floors throughout shift.
* Maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
* Follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties.
* Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth or requested by the chef as needed.
